Vets Empty
PostSubject: Vets    Vets EmptyThu 09 Jul 2015, 1:05 pm

Quattro has been to the vets this morning as he's been unable to walk yesterday. We thought he'd done too much running around the news garden but he's never this bad and was panting though out the night so we new he was in pain. He had an injection and has been given pain killers. If he legs are no better in a week he'll need an x-Ray as they suspect hip displaciar. His mum always has the same symptom as what we've witnessed the last few days but the vets never find anything. Quattro's has been on and off for about a year now and the vet normally says to limit his ball playing. He's not allowed to be walked for a week and no ball games :(

Awwwww poor Quattro, I hope the injection works.

When Diesel couldn't walk he had an injection and we could only lead walk for a few mins at a time. We had to make sure he didn't jump on settee or go upstairs. He had a trapped nerve and he was in a lot of pain and wasn't easy to see him in pain, but he has been ok since xx

The injection has really helped but he's not himself so he's been at granddads relaxing today & he'll do the same tomorrow. Something hasn't been right for a while so we need to get to the bottom of it but thankfully for now he doesn't seem to be in pain.

Poor Diesel that's sounds painful :(

Hi all, he's getting around much better but still isn't right. He's having as much rest as possible. He's getting into the car and up steps but is hesitant about it

He'll need some x-Rays. It's a little hard to know if he doesn't seem right due to being in pain or if he's also unsettled as we're living at the inlaws. I think he's deeling with this ok but who knows, wish they could talk :(

He seems a lot happier today and I'd say nearly back to normal. He did race round the new garden which was nice to see but I was trying to slow him down lol.
