| Ah thanks all. He actually has problems with his skin and has anti hist tabs. The vet can't find out what the problem is, he gets sore arm pits and ears | |

| Ah bless him, I assume they have done scrapes etc?
I am trialling olive leaf extract at the moment which helped my friends rotties skin condition. He chewed his paws and had wet excema but he has not had any problems since she put him on this so I am hoping for similar results with it

| Yep lots of blood tests and scrapes. The vet actually slipped with the scalpel and took a chunk out of his ear & he had to have it glued bless his, he was so brave and I was angry!!
Thanks for that Jo I'll give it a go and will let you know how he gets on with it

| ahhh poor boy, I am not suprised you were angry.
I hope you get something to help his skin, does he scratch much with it? Dee (Angel) mentioned Aloe vera on my post about olive leaf, that may be something you can consider trying x

| Yer he scratches quite a bit which isn't good with how strong there paws are. We've tried shampoo with Aloe vera in but no luck. Wondering if its worth taking him to another vet for a second opinion but may have to try a few other things first, as you can imagine we've already spent a lot of money. | |

| Yes I can imagine, I think my blood tests alone were over £200. You could always ask to be referred to a skin specialist, it may be expensive but it will be worth it if you can find out what is causing the issue. Normally the bloods would find any allergies though so I imagine it was pretty disappointing when they could not find anything.
Has Quattro had any meds, i.e steroids etc?

| What sort of Camper Van have you got, the inside looks similar to our Big Nige (Renault Trafic)? I loved it but not enough room for me, Glynn Ruby and Elsdon | |

| Hi Jo, he's had steroid cream which didn't help as much as the anti hists Thank you all for looking at his pics Jan it's a VW T25. We find it ok for space for the three of us as the roof goes up so more height & space for two more peeps to sleep up top. Looking to get an awning to attach to it to give extra space when it rains though. | |
