I don't think they use DNA to be honest. I am sure DNA tests cannot specify what bull breed makes up the DNA

Do you remember Lady Marmalade? She had one of her dogs tested and was quite shocked at the results, I seem to recall something about not knowing what type of bull breed makes up the DNA

It was a couple of years ago so things may have progressed since

Im sure when they go to court it is based on measurements and character test to decide if he dog is a danger.

I'm not sure how you could check this to be 100%

Yes it's Rex and there's talk of another dog being PTS as well. When I questioned it they said " well what can they do as no-one will foster him " like I haven't tryed to foster for them.
The thread has been removed.I always feel uneasy why they remove threads.
Here's pic's of Rex.

BSL Question 29294711

Its all very strange I know the police have been informed , and there saying there going to report him as BSL type, a strange thing for a rescue charity to do ?
I thought DNA would prove he wasn't but I've found out it doesn't.

He looks nothing like. Pit Bull, just a smaller version of Elsdon!

I imagine he has the same temperament as Elsdon or Brock and needs love, kindness and caring to bring him around , he would do better in the care of some-one like k999 who genuinely cares and understands dogs and there needs.
Theres been a split at the Rescue but I'm guessing its a bit of a power game, having had dealings with them personally.
