I've got more info on the man who was offering to take dogs to be neutered for free at his veterinary surgery.

It includes aliases etc - he's been claiming to be an RSPCA inspector & so on.

Not sure if you want me to pass it on to you or not?

in a fortnight I think it is
have to keep the dogs out of sight and valuables nailed down banghead
